• Pre-made Orders: Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 week.
• International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for international orders if customs fees are not paid. 

  • Lost Packages: Once your order is with Canada Post, USPS, or ETC, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help recover your packages
